Free guitar chord charts

One of the thing I love about learning guitar is the wonderful free resources out there - like free guitar chord charts.

There are so many wonderful resources online for learning guitar, and for me, when it comest to learning guitar I think about chords. And you can’t learn chords unless you know what those chords look like. That is where those free chord charts come in.

I was recently doing some research into songs with easy guitar tabs, and one of those songs have a Bm7 in it. I had absolutely no clue how to make a Bm7, so I went to my favorite online chord chart site and figured it out in a jiffy. Here is a link to a really comprehensive one. That is a good chart… I like how it is all on one page. However, that is also a negative for this particular chord chart… it is pretty hard to read since everything is crammed together on one page and the chords are so small.

So naturally, I have other sites I like to use when looking for guitar chords. This site is sorta cool. It allows you to select the chord chart you want form a selection box. The site will then display the chord and give you a color diagram of the chord. Now that is a nice free chord chart!

In fact, I am still trying to figure out all the features of that site… it even includes stuff like alternate tunings…
